Salesforce Developer (6-Month Contract with Possible Extension)

Who We're Looking For:

Codeworks is seeking a Salesforce Developer with 3+ years of experience to support a growing Salesforce environment for a leading Wisconsin-based manufacturing organization. This role is ideal for someone early in their Salesforce career who enjoys hands-on development, working within established standards, and learning from experienced Salesforce professionals.

This is a 6-month contract with possible extension.

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Onsite Requirement: Candidates must work onsite for at least the first 90 days.

No C2C candidates will be considered. This position is open to W2 candidates only.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
• Configure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation
• Execute development tasks from a prioritized backlog
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Support deployments, version control, and release activities
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with business users, administrators, and technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI)
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, REST APIs, and Salesforce data modeling
• Experience with Git-based version control

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
• Experience with Tableau Next or similar analytics tools
• Experience working in Agile or sprint-based development environments
