·Enjoy manageable call coverage with just 7 days monthly and no trauma or ECMO responsibilities
·Work with a dedicated pediatric unit staffed 24/7 by specialized caregivers, including experienced Pediatric Intensive Care physicians
·The incoming Pediatric General Surgeon will thrive in a supportive environment with a Level 3 NICU and 6-bed PICU
·Opportunity to develop special interest areas, including chest wall deformity program, bariatric program, and robotic surgery skills
·Build a robust practice with immediate referrals from Wellstar's extensive network of over 80 employed pediatricians
