AirMail is a direct mail agency built specifically for real estate investors. We design a custom marketing strategy for every client and run the entire operation for them: list building, campaign strategy, creative, and fulfillment, under a strict one-client-per-market exclusivity model. Because we guarantee each client their market, our business lives on one thing: keeping every client winning, month after month. That is what this role owns.

You are the primary strategic contact for a book of clients. You own the relationship and the day-to-day strategy: analyzing performance, diagnosing what is working and what is not, making recommendations, and keeping clients confident that their market is in expert hands. You are not taking orders and passing them along. You think on the client's behalf and guide them to the right call, including when it is not the call they want to hear.

You will own roughly 15 to 25 accounts, scaling as you ramp. The founders set high-level direction and sign off on major strategic calls. You run everything in between and grow into more of that judgment over time.

• Own ongoing client relationships as their primary strategic contact.
\n
• Run recurring performance review calls with a live dashboard: analyze each client's funnel (leads, appointments, contracts, projected revenue) and efficiency metrics (cost per lead, cost per appointment, cost per contract, ROAS), and translate the numbers into clear recommendations.

• Diagnose underperformance under pressure: when a campaign that was working falls off, isolate the cause (data, list, creative, offer pricing, cadence, or market), form a hypothesis, and put a concrete plan in front of the client.

• Own the data and reporting behind the reviews, keeping each client's CRM feeding the dashboard cleanly.
\n
• Keep campaigns sharp between calls: creative rotation, offer pricing, list strategy, cadence, and testing.
\n
• Onboard new clients into a high-touch, premium experience and respond quickly across calls, texts, and email.

Required:

\n
• A track record of diagnosing and turning around underperforming campaigns or accounts. This is the core skill of the role.
\n
• A direct-response or performance marketing background: you have owned funnels and budgets where every dollar ties to a measurable result (direct mail, paid acquisition, media buying, lead gen). You live in ROAS and cost-per metrics. (Brand, content, and social marketing are not a fit for this role.)
\n
• Strong comfort with numbers, data, and spreadsheets.
\n
• A consultative, candid communicator who brings a recommendation and a plan, and stays steady when performance dips.
\n
• Organized and self-directed in a fully remote environment.
\n

Preferred:

\n
• Real estate investing knowledge or experience (wholesaling, flipping, acquisitions, lead management, or an REI software or data company).
\n
• Hands-on experience running or buying direct mail campaigns.
\n
• Experience with REI CRMs (REsimpli, Salesforce / Left Main, GoHighLevel) or real estate data platforms (8020REI, REISift, Audantic, PropertyRadar, PropStream, BatchLeads).

We will teach you the real estate investor world. You do not need to arrive knowing it.

• Base salary $100,000, with a guaranteed $125,000 total cash in year one while you ramp.
\n
• Performance bonus weighted toward client retention, our top priority, plus account growth. Total earnings grow to roughly $145,000 or more as your book ages, with no ceiling.
\n
