  1. The investment money will be used in transactions in Rockford area (initially).
    • All commercial projects are built for a specific client and presold.
    • All new single family low end residential are built for a specific client and presold
    •   We always have a buyer before start of each build (eliminates the need for realtor, listing and waiting for the property to be sold).
    • The market, buyer and each transaction are diligently researched and vetted in all aspects.
    •  Low end housing ensures increased security as the turnover is faster (about 180 days) and the cash investment is allocated over more properties.
    •  Our sales strategy with mortgage assistance ensures quick turnover.
    •  Our all-in-house experience and expertise in construction and real estate fields guarantees on time success of every development.
  2. Investors will profit as follows, to be determined by agreements;
    • 12 months term with minimum 25% profit margin with extension options
    • any other arrangement can be negotiated on case-to-case basis

Please remember that the profit margins are dictated by risk and our business is very low risk.
Every investment deal comes with appropriate agreement and documentation.
